PhD Milan Jovanović

He was born in 1958 in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated from Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade and obtained a Master of Arts degree in 1988, at the same faculty. His thesis was entitled Položaj i učesće u delegatskom izbornom sistemu i procesu (eng. Position and participation in proxy voting system and process). In 1996, he finished his PhD studies with thesis entitled Većinski i proporcionalni sistemi: Izbori u Srbiji 1990 – 1993.godine (eng. Majority and proportional electoral systems: Elections in Serbia from 1990 to 1993).

From 1981 to 1988, he was working at the Institute for Political Studies in Belgrade, Serbia.

He is currently professor at Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.

Professor Jovanović wrote numerous scientific articles and authored the following books:
