“Equality and differences” – The right of women to political representation

Centre for Monitoring CEMI within the project “Improvement of the Electoral Legislation in Montenegro” which aims to improve representation of minorities in the Parliament, has publich the publication “Equality and Differences” by Mr Bosko Tripkovic.

The Publication consists of overall comparative analysis of international practice when it comes to representation of women in the Parliament, as well as teorethical foundation of political representation of women. Special empasis is on the right of women to participate in the government according the domestic legal system.

Improvement of electoral system represents the project which CEMI has been implementing already for two years with the support of Norwegian Peoples’ Aid, NPA.
