Based on 95% of the sample processed, the electoral list “Decisively for Montenegro! DPS – Milo Djukanovic” won 30 seats, whilst the coalition “For the Future of Montenegro” has 27 seats. The coalition “Peace is our nation” won 10 seats. These are the projections of results given by the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI).
“In black and white” platform won 4 seats, the Social Democrats – Ivan Brajović – “We consistently decide” 3 seats, the Bosniak Party – “Correctly” – Rafet Husović 3 seats, SDP – “Strong Montenegro!” 2 seats, “Albanian Coalition “Unanimously” and “Albanian List – Genci Nimanbegu, Nick Djelosaj” 1 seat each.
Electoral lists Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI) – “With all my heart for Montenegro” and the Croatian Reform Party of Montenegro (HRS) did not win any seats.
CeMI observes the parliamentary and local elections in five municipalities, for which it accredited 1,355 observers deployed at almost all polling stations in Montenegro.
During the Election day, CeMI held eight regular press conferences through which it informed the citizens about the turnout, irregularities, voting trends as well as the projection of results after the polling stations’ closing.
